Our specialist Dental advisory team have just returned from exhibiting at the Scottish Dental Show in Braehead. It was another great show and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Scottish Dental Professionals and hearing more about their goals.
Our consultant Ian Main delivered his lecture entitled “Dentists Deserve and Should Demand More from Their Dental Business”.
This dynamic lecture shared our insights gained from working with and improving some of the best Dental Practices in the country. He shared the ‘Killer KPI’s’ which every dentist should be tracking and on how to ‘light the fires’ within your team.
